He has extensive knowledge of business process improvement programs and systems developed from solid experience and service of 20 years in the food manufacturing industry while working for Nestlé. With a degree in Industrial Engineering and a qualified LEAN Expert from the Lean Six Sigma Society of Professionals, Alfred is highly experienced with LEAN, Six Sigma & TPM tools and methodologies, Quality and Safety management strategies, and Learning & Development programs.

His strong stakeholder engagement, enthusiasm and genuine interest in inspiring change at leadership and team levels make Alfred an effective business coach and influencer with decades of corporate management experience and participation in community Board roles.

Alfred is also the author of Speed-to-Results, the breakthrough book for business leaders looking to harness their resources strategically to create sustainable, long-term profitability.
